You're supposed to move the books he's burning away from him while shooting him from afar (and then just mag dumping him once he's out of books) The librarian's not a dps check, it's a position check. How nice of the devs to introduce what is essentially an early dps check against the default team comp in which half the fucking team cant reach the boss with dmg.
